POLICIES

You and your appointment is very important to me! Since, I hold respect for myself and for you and your time, a 24 hour cancellation policy has been put into effect.

If you'd like to reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours, 50% of the service total will be charged.

No Shows will be charged 100% of the service total.

I totally understand that illness and emergencies happen.

If, I should cancel on you within 24 hours, I will honor the 50% off of your services.  However, if there is a circumstance beyond my control (i.e. natural disaster, car driving through the building) I would be happy to reschedule at full price.
